About Brian
Hi, I'm a Service Advisor at Lithia CDJRF of Spokane. I've been working with the team for two years now and it's been a great experience. I'm always passionate about providing the best possible service to our customers and I always go the extra mile to make sure that they are happy. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend Hannah. We love to go hiking, fishing, and exploring new places. I'm also a big fan of football and I love to watch my favorite teams play. I'm also passionate about helping others and I volunteer my time with several local charities. I'm a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps I think my character qualities include being honest, hardworking, and compassionate. I'm a good listener and I always try to understand what people are saying. I'm also passionate about helping others and I'm always willing to lend a helping hand. I love to discuss firearms and politics, and I'm always happy to share my thoughts and opinions. I'm a strong believer in the Second Amendment and I think that every law-abiding citizen should have the right to own a gun. I also believe that we need to have a strong military to protect our country. I'm a big fan of hunting and fishing, and I love to get out into the great outdoors. I'm also a collector of gold and silver coins. I'm a hard worker and I'm always looking for ways to improve myself. I'm always willing to learn new things and I'm always ready to take on a new challenge. I'm confident that I have the skills and experience to be a successful Service Advisor and I'm excited to continue my career with Lithia CDJRF of Spokane.

I personally seek Brian out as my service advisor because he is honest. He lets me know what is wrong with my car and then helps me navigate what is covered by warranty and what is not. I also appreciate that he checked on what recalls my vehicle needed and helped fix them while I was having my vehicle serviced so it saved me time having to bring it in. He is personal and I trust that he will give me the truth. Brian is awesome!

Brian was friendly, calm and very supportive as I panicked when my payment did not go through. He remained reassuring as I figured it out. Even lowering the cost just enough so I could squeeze the total cost of the bill on my card. On my next visit, he was again welcoming and helpful as I sat through an all day car repair in the waiting area. He checked on my car when I begain to worry there was a problem, because it had taken so long. Brian reassured me that the mechanic was slow because he was thorough, and was indeed almost done. This was an 8 hour repair! Brian helped me feel confident that my car and I were important to the service department.
