Hi, I'm a Service Advisor at Lithia CDJRF of Spokane. I've been working with the team for two years now and it's been a great experience. I'm always passionate about providing the best possible service to our customers and I always go the extra mile to make sure that they are happy. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend Hannah. We love to go hiking, fishing, and exploring new places. I'm also a big fan of football and I love to watch my favorite teams play. I'm also passionate about helping others and I volunteer my time with several local charities. I'm a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps I think my character qualities include being honest, hardworking, and compassionate. I'm a good listener and I always try to understand what people are saying. I'm also passionate about helping others and I'm always willing to lend a helping hand. I love to discuss firearms and politics, and I'm always happy to share my thoughts and opinions. I'm a strong believer in the Second Amendment and I think that every law-abiding citizen should have the right to own a gun. I also believe that we need to have a strong military to protect our country. I'm a big fan of hunting and fishing, and I love to get out into the great outdoors. I'm also a collector of gold and silver coins. I'm a hard worker and I'm always looking for ways to improve myself. I'm always willing to learn new things and I'm always ready to take on a new challenge. Brian is sweet as they come. He did his best and the issues were out of his control. He handled my progressively bad attitude great. He could have called more to update but I understand that talking to me was a test of every ounce of patience a person is given, so I’ll give him grace.

We had a horrible experience with service not ordered being done, and parts not for my car being put on it. Just real incompetance. It was the service technicians that screwed up multiple ways and for multiple days. And to top it off you put a tracker on my car - illegally and without notice. When I just asked you to clear a service code.
