I'm known for my positive outlook and ability to connect with people. I'm a family man – married for 6 years with a four-year-old daughter – and my family is my top priority. In my free time, I enjoy roller skating, roller derby, and discussing sports (Go Packers!). Very disappointed in Dan. During the sale Dan was very helpful and professional. After the sale we feel that we were totally snubbed as we called Lithia on 4 occasions, left messages for him to return our call and never received a return call. This purchase was our first experience dealing with Lithia. Would we purchase again from Lithia? Maybe, but not from Dan. He has lost us a future customer.
