Emily is a very nice salesperson who I enjoyed working with during the purchase of my vehicle. I had one issue with my vehicle, the Bluetooth portion of my stereo doesn't work and unfortunately it's been a month and the issue never was addressed. I realize I purchased a used vehicle but was hopeful Lithia would stand by their product after the issue was discovered 2 days after purchase. Oh well
