I serve as a Client Advisor at Lithia CDJRF of Spokane, where my approach to business is defined by the belief that if you prioritize the customer and focus on solving their problems, the results will naturally follow. My philosophy is rooted in servant leadership: I strive to make those around me great, knowing that personal success is a byproduct of how well we serve others. My foundation is built on my faith and my family. Being married to Becky and raising our eleven children—Phil, Candace, Tara, Terryl, Chelsie, Michael, Skylar, Lindsie, Kage, Jesse, and Cayden—has shaped my perspective on accountability and long-term commitment. I have learned to view professional setbacks as minor speed bumps, keeping my focus instead on providing genuine solutions for every client I work with. My career has been defined by a commitment to excellence and professional growth. After graduating from Redmond High School, I went on to the University of Washington and later completed a Masters Program at the Cornell University Jack Welch School of Business, graduating cum laude and achieving Presidents Club status. Throughout my career, I have earned recognition as Manager of the Year at Pay n’ Pak Stores and Jr. Executive of the Year at Ernst Home Centers, in addition to three years of experience at CarMax. My life has been marked by diverse experiences, from competing as a professional racquetball player to traveling throughout Europe, Sweden, Asia, and across the United States. I am proficient in ASL, which has allowed me to communicate with a broader range of people. When I am not working, I enjoy playing racquetball and golf, discussing faith, and talking about cars—though I leave the mechanical work to the experts. I am always happy to engage in a conversation about sports, faith, or the automotive industry.
