About Jennifer
As a Sales Manager with 20 years of automotive experience, I am proud of my strong work ethic and my ability to get things done. I began my automotive career as a lot attendant at age 18 and have since held various positions, including Renovation Department Manager, Service Manager, Sales Consultant, and currently Sales Manager at Lithia CDJRF of Spokane. I am an Empath who loves building community and treating customers like family. I am honest, direct, and always treat others the way I want to be treated. I am also passionate about cars and enjoy discussing them. I have one amazing daughter who is attending the University of California San Diego. I also hold master's degrees from the University of Idaho and Northern Arizona University and hold certifications as a Ram Expert, Jeep Expert, Mopar Expert, and EV Expert. My diverse background and commitment to lifelong learning allow me to engage in casual conversations on various topics. I am an active listener who enjoys learning from everyone I meet.
