My background includes service in the USMC and completion of the Wicklander Masters Course. Excellent , he gave us his recommendations of things we should get done on our vehicle . Service was quick . The only thing they didn’t do was let us know it was done until we asked .

I waited with my car was serviced in lobby and when was done the came and gave me my keys said have a good day. Later the next day I noticed that I had a email sent with things that needed my permission to do to service. When I arrived the get oil changed it was in notes and they were told I was in lobby waiting. I would have paid to have the Engine filter done while I was there if they would have came in to lobby and let me know what was going on. Now I need to make another appointment to come have that done, when if in the first place they had just Communicated properly and came into the lobby and asked me.

Not happy with this dealerships maitance department. Purchased van 2 was ago, brakes are bad, told me it met standard, BUT Needs rotors and pads! You would think, they would have replaced them before I Purchased. Bought the extra warranty pk. Breaks are not included. They knew they were bad when they pit it on the lot to sell! Should have disclosure that! Now I'm wondering what else is bad! Can't trust this dealership!
