I cannot say enough good things about Yasha in the service department at Lithia. He is honestly the sole reason I continue to purchase vehicles from Lithia. Over the years, we have purchased more than eight vehicles from this dealership. Originally, we started buying from Lithia because we loved the sales department, but we have continued to come back because of the experience Yasha provides in service. Yasha listens, takes the time to understand what is going on, and always makes me feel heard.
