As a Client Advisor for Lithia CDJRF of Spokane, I'm committed to changing the car buying experience for our clients. With 3 years of experience in the industry, I'm known for my laid-back approach, prioritizing listening and understanding my clients' needs. My passion lies in helping people find vehicles they'll love, not just making a sale. I'm just here to show people pretty cars and help them do paperwork, nothing more. Whether it's the rugged Jeep Wrangler, Grand Cherokee, or any other reliable option, I strive to put my clients in a better position than when they first walked in. Outside of work, I married my high school sweetheart 5 years ago and now have a 6 month old son. My free time is filled with spending time with them, archery, target shooting, ax throwing, and online gaming. I'm also an avid Jeep enthusiast who tries to go out as often as he can and enjoy discussing my family, new automotive technologies, and Spokane's local scene. With a positive attitude and a deep desire to assist others, I approach my work with genuine care and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Zac was wonderful to work with! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and walked us through all the features of the Jeep we purchased. We really appreciated that we never felt pressured to buy or rushed into making a decision. Zac made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and we walked away feeling really good about our purchase. The process ended up taking several hours through absolutely no fault of Zac’s, but he did everything he could to make it as painless and enjoyable as possible. We had a 10/10 experience with Zac, probably the best car buying experience we’ve had to date. He went the extra mile to send photos and videos of our future Ram since we’re from across the state. He picked us up at the airport, and provided a wealth of information about the truck and the industry at large during the test drive.
